Iran is the home of caviar, and it's where HOMĀ begins. The real thing, from the Caspian. But great caviar is made in a handful of places, each with a character worth crossing a border for. So we've started going to find them. We look for the one house in a country doing it properly, taste everything, and choose the one we'd serve at our own table. Our name only ever goes on a tin we'd buy ourselves. When we find it, we bring it home to Hong Kong.
