Ordering & Availability

  • Message us on WhatsApp to place your order and we'll take care of the rest.

    We’ll take your details, arrange delivery, and send an invoice for confirmation.

  • There’s no such thing as too much caviar!

    But for events, we suggest 30g per person, or 50g for a more generous serving.

  • We do regular harvests, but high demand sometimes outpaces our inventory.

    For larger orders or to secure the freshest tins, check our live harvest schedule or pre-order to receive caviar within a week of harvest.

  • Yes. For a custom order delivered on your timing, we require a minimum order of 4kg (mix of Beluga and Baerii).

    Processing takes up to one month, allowing time for harvest, selection, CITES clearance, and transport to Hong Kong.

  • Beluga is best on its own—no distractions, just pure indulgence.

  • Baerii is beautifully versatile. Pair it with blinis, smoked salmon, vodka, or champagne—or get creative.

    We love it on pizza or even in everyday dishes. It’s great for events.

Delivery & Logistics

  • Our dedicated cold-storage transport team delivers within 2-3 business days.

    • Caviar: We deliver anywhere in Hong Kong Island, Kowloon, and the New Territories.

    • Seafood: Available for delivery across Hong Kong and Kowloon.

Storage & Handling

    • Remove the caviar tin from the silver thermal pack.

    • Store between -3°C to +3°C.

    • Keep in the coldest part of your fridge (like the vacuum compartment or back shelf) to avoid temperature fluctuations.

    • Our carabinero prawns and smoked salmon trout are stored at -18°C for maximum quality.

    • A standard freezer works perfectly.
